Köche, ausgezeichnet mit ein, zwei oder drei Michelin-Sternen und insbesondere Nachwuchskräfte der Branche, Sommeliers und Personen aus dem Premium-Genussumfeld vertrauen seiner Branchenerfahrung im Management und der Beratung in allen Bereichen des Marketing, insbesondere des Kooperationsmarketings.

Zu seinen Kunden gehören unter anderem 3-Sterne-Koch Christian Bau, die 2-Sterne-Köche Johannes King und Karlheinz Hauser, 1-Sterne-Koch Benjamin Maerz, Fisch- und Seafood Experte Thomas Macyszyn, Pâtissier Marco D’Andrea und Küchenchef des Hamburger Off Clubs sowie vertrauter Kollege von Tim Mälzer: Thomas Imbusch.

The Chefs’ Stories by Lars Ammer implements career management und branding for the national and international top gastronomy. Our focus is brandbuilding as well as looking for sponsors and cooperation partners. Chefs awarded with one, two or three Michelin Stars, Sommeliers, persons from the premium gastronomy sector and especially young talents in the industry trust his professional experience in management and consulting in all fields of marketing, in particular cooperation marketing.

To his companions belong 3-Michelin-Star-Chef Christian Bau, the 2-Michelin-Star-Chefs Johannes King and Karlheinz Hauser, 1-Michelin-Star-Chef Benjamin Maerz, Fish- and Seafood chef Thomas Macyszyn from Boathouse Hamburg, Pâtissier Marco D’Andrea and executive chef of Tim Mälzer’s Off Club in Hamburg, Thomas Imbusch.
