What is Solution focused hypnotherapy ?

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a powerful blend of hypnosis and brief therapy, drawing on research in the field of Neuroscience, which has since the beginning of the 21st century given us a new model for understanding the workings of the human brain.
For members of the public seeking to transform their lives through Solution focused hypnotherapy it is of crucial importance to share in this understanding of how the brain actually works. Another treatment aim is to optimise REM sleep, thereby removing accumulated stress stored in the hippocampus via hypnotic trance and associated deep relaxation.
Also to bring the conscious and subconscious mind into balance through hypnotic trance and provide some positive suggestions ( and these may be indirect for the reasons outlined previously ) which will percolate from the clients unconscious through to the conscious thinking process over time. It can take 4-5 days for suggestion to begin to become integrated into the thought process, so your therapist will usually provide treatments not more than around once per week.
